This Privacy Policy explains how Hyperlink Infosystem INC, a company incorporated under the laws of State of New York, United States of America (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Text to Audio AI application (“Application” or “Software”).

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Data We Collect

The Application is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require user registration, nor do we collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or contact details.

Data temporarily processed includes:

• a. Text inputs provided by you – solely for the purpose of generating audio files.
• b. Device information (such as device model, OS version, crash logs) – collected automatically through app stores or operating system APIs to maintain performance and troubleshoot issues. This is not stored by us directly.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Your text input data is processed solely:

• a. To perform the service you request (text-to-audio conversion).
• b. Based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract (our End User Service Agreement).

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or analytics. We do not collect payment details (transactions are handled exclusively through Google Play and Apple App Store).

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded texts are stored temporarily, only to provide the requested service. Once the audio is delivered to you, your uploaded text is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. The resulting animated audio remains available for 24 hours, after which it is permanently deleted.

Third-party processing:

• a. We engage a third-party service provider to perform the transition process. This provider retains uploaded texts for 24 hours only, solely to fulfill the requested service, after which the data is permanently deleted.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of this third-party service or any other external providers. Upon written request, we will provide you with the name and privacy policy link of the third-party service provider used for processing your data.

4. Your Rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the GDPR:

• a. Right to Access – You may request access to your personal data.
• b. Right to Rectification – You may request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
• c. Right to Erasure – You may request that your data be deleted.
• d. Right to Restrict Processing – You may request that we limit processing under certain conditions.
• e. Right to Data Portability – You may request to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• f. Right to Object – You may object to processing under certain legal bases.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from such individuals.

The Application uses in-app purchases through Google Play and Apple App Store. These third parties may collect data under their own terms. We do not control how they use your data. Please refer to their respective Privacy Policies before completing any transactions.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your data against accidental loss, unauthorized access, or misuse. However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data processed over the internet.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside the EEA, including the United Arab Emirates and India. By using the Application, you consent to such transfers, which are conducted under appropriate safeguards in line with GDPR requirements.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
