End User Service Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is entered into between you, the user (whether an individual, company, or other entity) (“you,” “your,” or “User”), and Hyperlink Infosystem Inc, registered in New York, New York, USA. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the “2FA Authenticator - All in one” mobile application (“Application,” “App” or “Software”), including all related services offered thereby.

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Application.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT TERMS THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS AND USE OF THE AGREEMENT.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on devices you own or control to generate TOTP tokens for authentication purposes.

• Lease, sublicense, resell, distribute, rent, or transfer the Application.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code.
• Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Upload or share unlawful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Any unauthorized use terminates your license immediately.

2. Account Creation and Login

The Application does not require users to create an account, provide personal information, or log in to access its features.

3. Subscription Terms and Payments

• Payments are processed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized providers.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end.
• Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours before expiration.
• You can manage subscriptions in your device account settings.
• Unused free trials are forfeited upon purchase.
• All sales are final except as required by law.

4. Access

We do not have access to your service keys or generated TOTP tokens. You are responsible for managing your data and passcodes. Lost devices or forgotten passcodes may result in permanent data loss.

5. Restrictions

• No resale, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation without written consent.
• No reverse engineering or source code extraction.
• No unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content.
• No malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful software.
• No unauthorized data mining or harvesting.

6. Services and Functionality

The Application provides two-factor authentication utilities, including TOTP token generation. Features may change in compliance with law and platform policies.

7. Ownership and Confidentiality

The Application is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with the Company or its licensors.

8. Prohibited Use

The Application may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and proprietary rights remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

10. GDPR Compliance

11. Modifications and Beta

Features may be modified or discontinued. Beta features are provided “as is.”

12. Links to Third-Party Websites

We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Age Requirement

Users must be at least 16 years old to use the Application.

15. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated. Termination requires deletion of the Application.

16. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Venue: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

17. Dispute Resolution; No Class Actions

Disputes must be resolved individually. No class actions are permitted.

18. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

19. Amendments

This EULA may be updated from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance.

20. Local Laws

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
